An Ki Land Development is a privately held real estate investment and development firm founded in 2024 by three seasoned partners with over 80 combined years of experience. Headquartered in Florida and operating across the Southeast, Texas and Colorado, An Ki specializes in large-scale, residential-driven mixed-use and experience driven atmosphere master-planned communities. The firm currently controls a 2,000+ acre portfolio spanning four states, with a primary focus on single-family, multifamily, build-to-rent, commercial, and hospitality components.

Since 2010, the An Ki partners have successfully entitled, repositioned, developed, or sold more than 20 projects encompassing over 15,000 residential units and lots. The firm’s proven expertise includes distressed-asset turnarounds, public-private partnerships, complex land entitlements, value-add multifamily and hospitality repositioning, and the creation of high-performing build-to-rent and production-home portfolios for institutional buyers..

A 20-year real estate veteran, Logan has delivered exceptional returns on value-add renovation and repositions, bank portfolio and busted development workouts, tax-deed syndications, boutique hotel repositioning, and build-to-rent pipelines across the Southeast and Texas.  Logan leads capital syndication, asset acquisition, coordinating deal strategy and structures, hospitality investment, and large-scale master-planned community development.

Devon S. Rushnell, PE – Partner

A Florida-licensed Professional Engineer with 35+ years of civil engineering, land development, and homebuilding experience. Former Vice President of Land Resources for Taylor Morrison and co-founder of LandBuilder Corporation, Devon has entitled and delivered over 15,000 residential lots. He oversees all engineering, entitlement, infrastructure, and master-planning functions for An Ki’s mixed-use and experiential communities.

L. Michael “Mikey” Hersom – Partner

25-year entrepreneur with a proven track record in global business and real estate. Since 2018, Mikey has executed $40M+ in multifamily value-add investments, completed six highly profitable land-rezoning transactions (100%+ returns), and is currently developing a $23M+ build-to-rent portfolio in Southwest Florida. He drives opportunistic acquisitions, capital improvements, and institutional exit strategies for the firm. Mikey also oversees finance and operations for An KI.
